Shoes for food

We Want Your Shoes. We are collecting good quality 2nd hand (or new) kids, ladies, men’s, fashion and sporting shoes/boots.

If you have any shoes that you or your children have out grown or you no longer require, we are asking if you could donate them to our “Shoes For Food” shoe drive. Your donations not only help break the cycle of poverty for the African families who re-sell them in micro- businesses, but just two containers full will also feed, educate and house every one of the 530 children in “Heroes of the Nation” orphanage for TWO YEARS. The sale of just one pair of shoes will buy one family 15kg of maize, enough to feed that family for a week.

If you can help please place your donation in a plastic bag and leave at the drop-points below or contact any of the numbers below if you would like to donate any of the following items that you may no longer have use for:

Televisions, Blankets, Clothing, Computer monitors, Household items (in working order)
